01Who we are

SOS License is an independent online store selling digital license keys for Microsoft software. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Microsoft Corporation. Microsoft, Windows and Office are trademarks of Microsoft Corporation. You can reach us at [email protected].

02What you buy

You buy a product key (a license code) that activates the software named on the product page on one device, unless the product page says otherwise. You don't buy a physical product or a disc. The software itself is downloaded from the link we send with your key, and its use is governed by the software maker's license terms.

03Prices and payment

• Prices are shown in US dollars (USD) or euros (EUR), whichever you choose, and include everything you pay us; your bank or card issuer may add its own currency conversion fees.
• Payment is processed by PayPal (PayPal account, debit or credit card, or Google Pay). We never see or store your full card details.
• An order is confirmed once the payment is captured. We may cancel and refund an order if a product is out of stock, if a price was clearly wrong, or if the payment looks fraudulent.

04Delivery

Keys are sent by email to the address you enter at checkout, and also appear in your account if you create one with the same email. Windows 11 Pro is usually delivered instantly; other products within 2 minutes to 6 hours. If you don't receive your key, check your spam folder and then contact us.

05Using your key

• Each key is for a single activation on one device, unless stated otherwise.
• Keep your key private. Once a key has been revealed to you, you are responsible for it; we can't replace a key that someone else used.
• Keys are for your own use or your business's use. Reselling keys bought from us is not allowed.

06Guarantee, refunds and returns

Every key comes with a 30-day guarantee. If a key doesn't activate and we can't replace it, we refund you in full. The details are in our returns & refund policy, which is part of these terms.

07Your account

You can create an account to see your orders, keys and invoices. Keep your password safe and tell us straight away if you think someone else has accessed your account. We may suspend accounts that are used for fraud or abuse.

08Acceptable use

Don't use the site for anything unlawful, don't try to break or overload it, and don't use stolen payment methods. We may refuse orders or block access if we see abuse.

09Liability

We sell keys "as provided" by their supplier and make no promises about the software beyond what its maker provides. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost data or lost profits. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that can't be excluded.

10Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version shown on this page when you place an order is the one that applies to that order.
