?Where is my key?
It is emailed to the address you entered at checkout: Windows 11 Pro instantly, other products within 2 minutes to 6 hours. Check spam/junk. If it isn't there, email [email protected] with your PayPal order ID and we'll resend it.
?The key says it's already in use
Each key activates one PC. If you see error 0xC004C008 or similar, reply to your delivery email and we'll replace it.
?Activation error codes
Send us the exact code (for example 0xC004C060 or 0xC004F074) and we'll tell you the fix or send a new key.
?Which version do I need?
Windows: Settings → System → About shows your current edition. Office: any app → File → Account.
